Linkhaftung
Mit Urteil vom 12. Mai 1998 - 312 O 85/98 - "Haftung für Links" entschied das Landgericht Hamburg, dass man durch Anbringung eines Links die Inhalte der gelinkten Seite ggf. mit zu verantworten hat. Dies kann - so das Landesgericht - nur dadurch verhindert werden dass man sich ausdrücklich von diesen Inhalten distanziert, was ich mit nachfolgender Erklärung ausdrücklich tue: Für alle Links gilt, dass ich keinen Einfluss auf die Gestaltung und Inhalte der verlinkten Seiten habe. Ich distanziere mich ausdrücklich von allen Inhalten dieser Seiten. Ferner weise ich darauf hin, dass ich keine Verantwortung für die Inhalte der Seiten trage. 4. Datenschutz
Sofern innerhalb des Internetangebotes die Möglichkeit zur Eingabe persönlicher oder geschäftlicher Daten (Emailadressen, Namen, Anschriften) besteht, so erfolgt die Preisgabe dieser Daten seitens des Nutzers auf ausdrücklich freiwilliger Basis.
